Shipping & Delivery
Shipments will generally be sent out the next available business day, once an order has been placed. We offer combined shipping up to the number of items that will fit in a 10x6x6 inch box or up to 30 kg. Anything exceeding this, will be shipped in a second box. All shipments will be made through Canada Post. Customers will be given all available shipping options that are offered through Canada Post.
Privacy & Security
We are a family owned, private business. We do not share any customer information with any other organization or business. No credit card information is stored on the website; all payment interactions are directed through a secure Paypal transaction website. We do not send out newsletters. Any emails you receive are in regards to account creation, payment, shipping or personal inquiries.
Returns & Replacements
We do not offer returns or exchanges, unless the wrong item has been shipped by mistake. All pictures on the website are of the actual items that the customers will receive. All sizes and weights have been posted for each individual item. In case of a broken item, we will deal with each case individually. Canada Post offers shipping insurance through their Expedited Shipping option, which we offer at the same cost as regular shipping. Expedited Shipping may be limited to Canadian customers at this time.
Ordering
All orders are placed through the online store; we do not accept phone/fax orders at this time. All of the items listed are only available through the online store, and are kept separate from our actual store stock. If you do not see an item you are interested in offered through the online store, please contact us by phone or email.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At this time, we are not required to charge tax on any item listed on the online store; however, if this changes in the future, we will give sufficient notification. The shipping fee will be charged during the checkout process. There are no hidden or additional fees. Payment is accepted through Paypal, as well as Visa and American Express credit cards, which will be processed through the Paypal website. A Paypal account is not needed if paying by credit card, even though the credit card transaction is processed through them.
Viewing Orders
To view your order, please log in to your account at the top right corner of the page. Your account will tell you when your order payment has been processed, as well as the shipping status. Automated emails are sent out as well, in order to keep you up to date on your order status.
Updating Account Information
To change or update your account information, please log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password be sent to you.
